Jobs for men in Poznań: warehouses around the city
Poznań is above all a logistics hub. Men’s listings are concentrated not in the centre but in warehouses in nearby towns — Robakowo, Kostrzyn, Swadzim and Gądki. Most of the work is order picking with a scanner and forklift driving.
- Food warehouse in Robakowo (15 km out) pays by the number of crates picked: 31.40–35 zł gross per hour, so faster pickers earn more.
- Warehouse in Kostrzyn (20 km) — hot lunches, 8–10 hour shifts, from 26.40 zł net, much more with output bonuses.
- Electric pallet truck, no UDT needed, in Swadzim — 24.62 zł net, more for students under 26.
- UDT forklift operator in Gądki — 28 zł net, 36 zł for students, employer housing.
Beyond warehouses there is chocolate and paper-tableware production (25–37 zł net) and an electrician’s job on a building site with the company covering residence paperwork. Newcomers should start with Poznań jobs without experience, and anyone who needs a bed with Poznań jobs with accommodation.
