Job description:
A warehouse in Swadzim, on the edge of Poznań, that picks orders for supermarkets and shops. A UDT licence is not required: you work on a side electric truck and a bluetooth headset tells you where to pick and how much.
They take men up to 45 who speak Polish. The rate goes up after two months, and bonuses of PLN 500 to 2,000 gross come on top.
Main duties
- pick and assemble orders on a side electric truck — the headset tells you the spot and quantity;
- stretch-wrap pallets;
- stick on delivery labels and marks.
Pay
- PLN 24.62 net per hour, PLN 25.62 after 2 months;
- students: PLN 30.50 net, PLN 31 after 2 months;
- bonuses of PLN 500 to 2,000 gross;
- roughly PLN 6,000–7,500 a month.
Work schedule
- Monday to Saturday;
- first shift 06:00 to 14:00 or 18:00, second 14:00 to 22:00 or 02:00;
- shifts swap every week;
- from 200 hours a month.
Candidate requirements
- men up to 45;
- Polish language;
- no UDT licence needed.
Employment
Employment under an umowa zlecenie.
Housing
Housing is PLN 500 a month. Bring your own bedding. If you live in your own place there is a supplement of up to PLN 300.
