Job description:
A supermarket grocery warehouse 15 km from Olsztyn is hiring order pickers. You work with a voice system and an electric pallet truck, and most people learn it in a day or two. With a good pick rate, the hourly pay reaches PLN 50 net.
Main duties
- picking orders onto pallets by voice command;
- moving pallets with the electric truck;
- stacking correctly: heavy at the bottom, light on top;
- preparing pallets for dispatch.
Pay
- starting rate PLN 26.5 net per hour;
- students under 26 PLN 32.5, young non-students +PLN 1;
- +PLN 2 per hour for your own housing;
- up to PLN 50 net per hour with a good pick rate;
- an advance is possible after a few weeks.
Work schedule
- 5–6 days a week;
- three shifts of 8–10 hours.
Candidate requirements
- no experience needed;
- no Polish needed;
- physical stamina.
Employment
Employment under an umowa zlecenie.
- help with the residence card;
- medical check-up;
- health and safety training (BHP);
- you are met on arrival and helped to move in.
Housing
Company housing costs PLN 500 a month, taken from your salary.
