How we work with companies

1. You tell us what you need: the role, city, number of people, rate, contract type, housing and start date.
2. We publish the vacancy in Ukrainian, Russian, Polish and English, so candidates see it whatever language they search in.
3. We shortlist candidates: we call them and check they meet your requirements — experience, age, language and documents.
4. We send you the contacts of suitable people and help arrange the start.

• warehouse workers and order pickers, UDT forklift operators;
• production workers — line work, packing, quality control;
• construction workers: bricklayers, rebar workers, tilers, finishers and helpers;
