Jobs in Poland: current vacancies from employers
Jobework is a job board for foreigners who want to work in Poland — Ukrainians first of all, but not only. We publish vacancies from Polish employers and recruitment agencies we work with directly. Every listing shows the essentials up front: the duties, the pay rate, the schedule, the type of contract and whether accommodation is provided. You know the terms before you pick up the phone.
The list is updated every week. New jobs in Poland appear at the top and filled positions are taken down, so the date on a listing really tells you how fresh it is.
How to find a job in Poland that fits you
The quickest way is to use the filters above the list: city, profession, workplace and conditions. A few good starting points:
- need a place to live from day one — browse jobs with accommodation;
- no experience yet — see jobs without experience, and if you don't speak Polish, jobs without language skills;
- know what kind of work you want — there are warehouse jobs, factory jobs, construction jobs and jobs with a UDT licence.
Location matters? Check the list of cities and regions — from Warsaw and Wrocław to smaller towns where the pay is often similar and housing is cheaper.
Legal work in Poland: what to check before you go
Legal employment starts with a contract — usually an umowa zlecenie (contract of mandate) or an umowa o pracę (employment contract). The type of contract affects taxes, sick pay, holidays and how much you actually take home. Our salary calculator converts gross to net. For reference, the minimum wage in Poland in 2026 is PLN 4,806 gross a month.
Before you travel, it is worth doing three things:
- Find out exactly who your employer is and check them in public registers.
- Ask for the terms in writing: rate, hours, cost of accommodation, who pays for travel.
- Know what your legal basis for staying in Poland is — see our residence card section.
Jobs in Poland for foreigners and Ukrainians
Most of these vacancies are aimed at foreigners, so employers are used to explaining things simply. You will find work for men and women, couples, students, people with and without experience — seasonal or long-term.
Can't find the right one? Leave a request through the form on the site and we will suggest options. If you already work in Poland, visit our For workers section on pay, sick leave, resignation and contracts.
