Job description:
Fish smell and humidity — that is the first thing they warn you about at this Bydgoszcz plant. If you can live with it, you get PLN 36.04 gross an hour, a hot meal every day and even some fish to take home once a month.
Main duties
- load and unload trucks;
- warehouse work on a counterbalance stacker;
- feed raw materials to the line and take them to storage;
- quality checks.
Pay
- PLN 36.04 gross per hour;
- 160–220 hours a month (usually 160–200), extra hours possible.
On the first Thursday of the month you get 1–3 kg of fish for free, about PLN 300 saved.
Work schedule
- Monday–Friday in shifts: 6–14, 14–22, 22–6;
- night shifts included, sometimes Saturday;
- 15-min break per 8 hours, 30 min per 12 hours.
Candidate requirements
- at least one year of high-bay warehouse experience;
- Polish UDT certificate;
- conversational Polish.
Employment
Workwear and the medical check are free. A free hot meal once a day — soup or pasta.
Housing
Housing: PLN 790 a month, deducted from pay. You get to work by city transport, a monthly pass costs about PLN 120.
