Jobs in Wrocław

Jobs in Wrocław: construction, warehouses and production

Wrocław is one of the Polish cities building the most right now, and the listings show it: over half the jobs on the site are in construction. The second big group is warehouses in the suburbs, as Wrocław has become one of the country’s main logistics hubs. So when you look for work in Wrocław, first decide what suits you better: a building site in the city or a warehouse 10–25 km out.

Construction: skilled trades and helpers

Employers want plumbers, roofers, paving layers, bricklayers, drywall installers, interior finishers, solar panel fitters and electrician’s helpers. Most jobs come with a legal contract and housing. Skilled workers are offered 5,000–7,000 zł net a month or 28–30 zł an hour; helpers with no experience 4,600–6,900 zł. Details: construction jobs in Wrocław.

Good to know

• Almost every Wrocław job includes housing — Wrocław jobs with accommodation.
• Without experience, the easiest start is a warehouse or a helper role on site — Wrocław without experience.
• About a third of the jobs don’t require Polish to start — Wrocław without Polish.

Construction jobs are usually for men, warehouse jobs for women too. If you’re travelling as a couple, look for a warehouse that hires pairs and gives you your own room.
