UDT Forklift Driver at a Fruit Processing Plant near Lublin: PLN 33 Net, No Polish Needed

Jams, preserves, juices and mousses are all made at a plant in the village of Łopatki, about 40 km from Lublin. The key point first: there is no transport from Lublin itself, so you would live in employer housing, from where the ride to work is free.

Men, women and couples up to 55 are accepted. Polish is not required — UDT is.

Main duties

• drive an electric counterbalance forklift with up to 3.5 t capacity;
• load and unload crates of finished products;
• transport and stack goods, pick orders;
• keep the warehouse tidy.

Pay

• PLN 33 net per hour.

Weekly advances, the first one PLN 200 after 5 shifts. The main salary comes on the 25th of the following month.

Work schedule

• day and night shifts;
• 6 days a week, 8 hours a day;
• 30-minute lunch break.

Candidate requirements

• men, women and couples up to 55;
• UDT certificate (combustion and battery forklifts);
• experience on an electric counterbalance truck is a plus;
• Polish not required.

Employment

Umowa zlecenie. Workwear is free. The medical check costs PLN 200 and is deducted from your pay.

The hall is around +15°C now, but later it will be −3…+5°C, so bring warm layers.

Housing

Housing: PLN 600 a month, rooms for 2–4 people.

Transport

Transport to the plant is free. With more than two unexcused absences, PLN 100 a month is deducted for it.
