Want to get into construction with no experience yet? Warsaw needs a bricklayer’s helper: mixing mortar, passing bricks and blocks, keeping things tidy and gradually learning to lay yourself.
The rate is lower than a skilled mason’s, but you learn right on site.
Main duties
- mix mortar and adhesive;
- pass bricks, blocks and materials to the masons;
- help with marking out and scaffolding;
- clean up the work area.
Pay
- roughly PLN 4,300–5,900 net a month.
Work schedule
- 5/2, 8–12 hours.
Candidate requirements
- physical stamina;
- willingness to learn.
No experience needed.

Housing is provided by the employer; terms and any charges are agreed before you start. If no price is given straight away, expect roughly PLN 500 a month.
