Jobs in Bielsko-Biała: the car industry of Podbeskidzie
Bielsko-Biała, together with Czechowice-Dziedzice, Żywiec, Goleszów and Górki Wielkie, is a cluster of plants supplying the car industry. Almost every job here is in production: machine operation and aluminium tube assembly, plastic parts, cable harnesses, washing and grinding car parts and steering-rack components, plus candles and building tools.
Rates are 22–34 zł an hour, lower than in the big cities, but the plants are large and stable. Students under 26 get a higher rate almost everywhere. UDT forklift operators can work at a steel-profile warehouse with a side loader (36 zł gross) or in car production on 12-hour shifts.
Read the requirements carefully: some jobs are for women only (up to 52) or men only (up to 50). Most offers include housing — Bielsko-Biała with accommodation. For beginners: Bielsko-Biała without experience.
Jobs in Poland with accommodation: what “housing provided” really means
A job ad that says “with accommodation” is almost never offering a free flat. In most cases you get a bed in a workers’ hostel or a shared apartment arranged by the employer or agency, and the rent is taken out of your pay. Across the jobs listed on Jobework, housing usually costs 350–550 zł a month. We put the price in each listing so you can work out your take-home pay before you travel.
The real benefit is speed. You don’t have to hunt for a room in a city you don’t know, sign a lease or pay a deposit: you arrive, move in and start your first shift the next day.
