Job description:
We are looking for male and female UDT-certified forklift operators to work at warehouse facilities in Bielsko-Biała, around 50 km from Katowice, and Stryków, approximately 20 km from Łódź.
The majority of the work is performed using a side-loader forklift in a high-bay warehouse with storage heights ranging from 6 to 11 meters.
Responsibilities
- loading and unloading goods;
- transporting products and materials around the warehouse;
- placing pallets in designated storage locations;
- picking and preparing orders for shipment;
- operating a scanner with a Polish-language interface;
- keeping the workplace organized;
- following health and safety procedures;
- cooperating with warehouse and administrative staff.
Approximately 90% of the work is performed on a side-loader forklift and around 10% using an electric pallet truck with a platform.
The warehouse scanner is operated in Polish, but its functions are simple and easy to learn.
Candidates take a practical test before employment.
Pay
- 30 PLN net/hour — standard rate;
- 31.40 PLN net/hour — students under 26;
- +1 PLN/hour — allowance for candidates living in their own accommodation.
Salary is transferred to a bank account between the 15th and 18th of each month for the previous month's work.
Working schedule
- day shift;
- start time between 07:00 and 10:00;
- standard shifts of around 10 hours;
- Monday to Friday;
- approximately 200–220 hours per month;
- additional hours may be available after training.
Saturday and Sunday are normally days off. Up to 4 working Saturdays per year may be scheduled.
For 12-hour shifts, employees receive two 15-minute breaks.
Accommodation
Accommodation costs 18 PLN per day and are deducted from the salary.
Employees must bring their own bed linen. Blankets and pillows are provided.
Those who arrange their own accommodation receive an additional 1 PLN per hour worked.

Requirements
- valid UDT forklift operator certificate;
- good physical condition;
- basic manual skills and good coordination;
- understanding of basic logistics terminology;
- ability to read simple instructions;
- previous warehouse or physical work experience is an advantage.
