Białystok isn’t a logistics giant like Wrocław, but it has plenty of smaller plants that hire people with no experience and no Polish. Current listings include assembling home appliances on a line, packing meals for a catering company, helping on a PVC window production line and working in book and home-textile warehouses.
Rates are 25–32 zł net per hour, with bonuses of up to 650 zł at some employers. A benefit people rarely mention: rent and day-to-day costs are lower here than in the big cities, so what you keep at the end of the month is similar.
