Job description:

A modern logistics warehouse in Białystok is looking for men, women and couples to join the team handling home textile products. The work takes place in a clean, warm and well-organized facility with a friendly international team.

Employment Conditions

Legal employment under an Umowa zlecenie contract;
Salary paid directly to a bank account;
Required employment and legalization documents prepared;
Taxes and social contributions paid according to Polish regulations;
Bonuses available for good performance;
Support from a coordinator during employment.

Pay

31.50 PLN net/hour;
Performance bonuses of up to 650 PLN/month.

Students under 26

37.05 PLN net/hour;
Bonuses of up to 750 PLN/month.

Working Hours

5–6 working days per week;
Two-shift system:
- 06:00–14:00 / sometimes until 18:00;
- 14:00–22:00 / sometimes until 02:00;
Standard working day: 8 hours;
Overtime is available for employees who want additional hours;
Breaks during the shift;
Approximately 200–240 hours per month.

Main Duties

Employees will be responsible for preparing textile products for storage and shipment:

Receiving towels and other home textile products;
Checking goods for quality and defects;
Folding products according to warehouse standards;
Wrapping items in protective film or placing them into bags and boxes;
Picking orders using a scanner;
Applying labels and preparing parcels for dispatch;
Keeping the workplace clean and organized.

Accommodation

Accommodation provided by the employer;
Employees pay only utilities: 250–400 PLN/month;
Rooms for 2–3 people;
Couples can receive a separate room;
Furnished accommodation with household appliances and Wi-Fi;
Shared kitchens, dining areas, bathrooms and laundry facilities.

Transport

Free company transportation is provided between the accommodation and the workplace.
