Job description:
A non-food manufacturing plant in Białystok, assembling plastic structures. What makes this job different is that you choose the contract: an umowa zlecenie with more take-home pay, or an umowa o pracę with all the guarantees of the Labour Code.
Main duties
- assembler work: fitting plastic structures;
- handling hand tools during assembly;
- checking joint quality;
- keeping your workstation tidy.
Pay
Umowa zlecenie:
- up to PLN 6,700 net a month;
- students under 26: PLN 30.5 net per hour;
- bonus of 10% of gross salary.
Umowa o pracę:
- PLN 4,666 gross a month;
- bonus of up to 15%.
Work schedule
- 8-hour shift;
- full working week.
Candidate requirements
- no experience needed;
- men, women and students are welcome;
- manual dexterity and attentiveness.
Employment
Your choice of an umowa zlecenie or an umowa o pracę. With an employment contract you get paid leave and sick pay.
