Bicycle Production Worker — Gdańsk, Poland

We are looking for employees to join a bicycle manufacturing facility in Gdańsk. The job involves assembling bicycles from ready-made components. Previous experience is not required, as the production tasks can be learned on site.

The workplace offers comfortable conditions, a free daily meal and basic work equipment.

Salary

• 31.40 PLN/hour gross;
• approximately 6,908–8,792 PLN gross per month, depending on the number of hours worked;
• estimated workload: 220–280 hours monthly.

Working schedule

Currently, employees work one shift:

• 07:00–19:00, Monday to Saturday;
• around 220–280 hours per month;
• a 15–30 minute break during the shift.

In the future, the company plans to introduce a two-shift system:

• 06:00–18:00;
• 18:00–06:00.

Main duties

• assembling bicycles using prepared components;
• fitting wheels, handlebars, brakes and other parts;
• checking finished bicycles for quality;
• keeping the workstation clean and organized;
• following production instructions.

Requirements

• no previous experience necessary;
• willingness to work and learn;
• accuracy and attention to detail;
• basic Polish is an advantage — candidates should be able to understand simple instructions and respond to them.
