Warehouse Worker — Perfume & Cosmetics Packing | Gdańsk, Kowale

We are hiring men, women and couples to work at a modern logistics warehouse in Gdańsk, Kowale. The facility specializes in preparing and distributing branded perfumes, cosmetics and gift sets.

The work takes place in comfortable conditions at a well-organized warehouse with modern facilities and clear working procedures.

Your responsibilities

• picking products according to customer orders;
• packing perfumes, cosmetics and gift sets;
• checking products and packaging for visible damage;
• applying labels and stickers;
• scanning barcodes;
• preparing completed orders for shipment.

Salary

For regular employees:

• 31.50 PLN/hour net;
• monthly bonuses of 350–750 PLN for productivity and attendance;
• estimated monthly earnings of 6,300–8,000 PLN net.

For students under 26:

• 37.10 PLN/hour net;
• bonuses of 450–900 PLN/month;
• estimated monthly earnings of 7,500–9,400 PLN net.

Working hours

The job is organized in two shifts:

• 06:00–14:00
• 14:00–22:00
• normally 5 working days per week, 8 hours per day;
• additional 10–12-hour shifts may be available for those who want to work more;
• depending on the schedule, employees may work 5–6 days per week;
• two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch break;
• approximately 190–230 working hours per month.

Employment conditions

Employment is based on an Umowa zlecenie contract.
