UDT Forklift Operator at an Appliance Maker, Łódź: PLN 34.50 Gross, PLN 2,000 Bonus

A household appliance manufacturer in Łódź is looking for forklift operators on an employment contract. The rate is PLN 34.50 gross, plus a PLN 2,000 gross welcome bonus, a bonus of up to PLN 500 a month, and supplements for nights and overtime.

You are on the truck about 60% of the time, and the rest is loading, unloading and scanner work. Work clothes are free.

Main duties

• work on a forklift (about 60% of the time);
• load and unload goods;
• take components to the production lines;
• move and wrap pallets;
• work with a scanner.

Pay

• PLN 34.50 gross per hour;
• a bonus of up to PLN 500 a month;
• a welcome bonus of PLN 2,000 gross;
• +20% for night shifts;
• overtime: +50% on weekdays, +100% at weekends;
• +PLN 250 gross for working a Saturday (6 hours or more).

Work schedule

• three 8-hour shifts or a four-crew system;
• 5 days a week.

Candidate requirements

• men up to 50;
• Polish at A2;
• at least 3 months of experience;
• a UDT WJO1 or WJO2 licence.

Employment

Employment under an umowa o pracę (employment contract) with paid leave and sick pay.

Housing

Housing can be arranged: roughly PLN 500 a month, deducted from your pay. The advert says something different about housing, so confirm the exact terms before you travel.
