Greenhouse Worker Growing Orchids — Dęblin

About the Company

A large greenhouse farm specializing in growing orchids.

Location: Dęblin.

Working Conditions

— Rate: 31.40 PLN/hour gross
— Contract type: Umowa zlecenie
— Additional payment: +1 PLN/hour for those living in their own accommodation
— Payments: transferred to a bank account by the 10th of each month

Work Schedule

— Main shifts: 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00
— There are currently no night shifts at the company.

1. Computer Work + Flower Care (Women / Couples up to 35–40 years old)

Responsibilities:

— working with a computer: data entry and record keeping;
— tying orchids to support sticks;
— caring for plants and packing them.

Requirements:

— communicative Polish;
— basic computer skills.

2. Greenhouse Worker (Men up to 55 years old)

Responsibilities:

— tying orchids;
— positioning stems correctly for proper growth;
— caring for plants during the formation stage;
— arranging and packing flowers.

Requirements:

— no previous experience required;
— Polish language is not required.

3. Category B Driver + Greenhouse Worker (Men up to 55 years old)

Requirements:

— Category B driving licence.

Responsibilities:

— transporting workers from the hostel to work and back by minibus;
— the journey takes approximately 7 minutes each way;
— driving takes approximately 1–1.5 hours per day, with several trips in the morning and evening;
— the remaining working time is spent performing regular greenhouse flower-related duties.

Additionally:

— approximately +600 PLN/month to the salary for performing driver duties;
— free accommodation and transportation to work.

Accommodation and Transportation

— Accommodation in Dęblin: 650 PLN/month, deducted from the salary.
— For couples: 750 PLN/month per person.
— Company transportation to work (8 km): 220 PLN/month, deducted from the salary.
— Safety-toe work shoes: 150 PLN, or employees can use their own shoes.
