Forklift operator jobs in Warsaw (UDT licence)
For forklift operators, Warsaw is probably the best-paying city in Poland. Listings offer 32–39 zł gross or 30–35 zł net per hour, bonuses of up to 800 zł, and 9,000–12,000 zł net a month for reach-truck drivers experienced with high-bay racking. Some employers even pay per completed task.
Where you’ll work
Almost every forklift job is in the logistics parks around the city: Błonie and Ożarów Mazowiecki to the west, Radzymin and Sokołów to the east, Karczew to the south. Food warehouses, electronics, cross-docking, and one furniture factory offering housing for 500 zł. A company bus usually runs from the housing to the site.
What you need
- a UDT forklift licence — without it you’ll struggle to get hired here;
- for reach trucks, experience working at height;
- Polish helps, but basic commands are enough in many warehouses.
Some warehouses pay students under 26 36 zł instead of 29 zł. Every Warsaw forklift job on the site includes housing. Also see forklift jobs in the Masovian region, Warsaw warehouses and forklift operator jobs across Poland.
