Warehouse jobs in Poznań: what’s on offer
Poznań’s warehouses form a ring around the city: Tarnowo Podgórne and Swadzim to the west, Gądki to the south, Robakowo and Kostrzyn to the east. Many handle food and clothing, so the workload is steady all year and hours go up before the holidays.
- Order picking with a scanner — the most common job, from 25 zł net per hour.
- Food warehouses — some pay per crate picked, so faster pickers earn more.
- Forklifts — UDT operators get 28–36 zł, and there are electric pallet truck roles that don’t need a licence.
Some warehouses offer hot lunches and housing for 350 zł a month. First time abroad? See Poznań without experience and Poznań with accommodation.
