Clothing and accessories warehouse worker — Tarnowo Podgórne

A modern warehouse near Poznań is looking for women to join the team handling clothing and accessories. The main tasks include order picking, scanning products, packing goods and preparing orders for shipment.

Work location: Tarnowo Podgórne, approximately 20 km from Poznań
Contract: Umowa zlecenia
Document processing: Poznań

Who can apply?

• Women aged 18–45
• Citizens of Ukraine and Belarus
• Previous warehouse experience is not required

Pay

• 25.36 PLN net/hour
• 31.40 PLN net/hour for students under 26
• +1 PLN/hour for employees living in their own accommodation
• Bonuses from 100 to 750 PLN gross
• Salary paid between the 20th and 22nd of each month

Main tasks

PICK — order picking:

• Collecting products according to orders
• Working with a scanner
• Finding and placing goods in the warehouse

PACK — packing:

• Packing clothing and accessories
• Preparing orders for shipment
• Checking packaging quality and compliance with standards

On the first working day, employees are assigned to a process depending on the current warehouse workload.

Working schedule

• Shifts of 8–12 hours
• The schedule is announced each day for the following day
• Employees cannot choose their shifts themselves

Possible 12-hour shifts:

• 07:00–19:00
• 15:00–03:00
• 23:00–11:00

When there are fewer orders, the working day may be reduced to 8 hours.

Accommodation

• 600 PLN/month
• Apartments or houses
• 3–4 people per room

Employees with their own accommodation receive an additional 1 PLN/hour.

Transport

Free transportation to and from the workplace is provided.

Work clothing

The employer provides the required work clothes.

• Cost: 300 PLN, deducted once from the salary
• Working in personal clothing is not permitted

Additional costs

Medical examination: 200 PLN.

The cost is deducted only if the employee does not complete 2 months of work.
