Job description:
A manufacturing facility in Środa Wielkopolska, around 30 km from Poznań, is looking for production workers. The company specializes in manufacturing decorative cornices, skirting boards, floor and wall insulation materials, as well as underlays for laminate flooring.
The position offers organized production processes, shift work and accommodation.
Main Tasks
- Operating production machinery;
- Performing assigned production operations according to workplace instructions;
- Monitoring the quality of manufactured products;
- Packing finished goods directly on the production line;
- Carrying out simple manual tasks during the manufacturing process;
- Keeping the workstation clean and organized.
Working Conditions
- 25.35 PLN net/hour + performance bonuses;
- 8-hour shifts;
- Both day and night shifts;
- Accommodation available for employees;
- Accommodation cost: 500 PLN/month.
