Job description:
A factory in Bielsko-Biała makes wooden furniture and components for a large retail chain. On top of the hourly rate there are quarterly bonuses — up to PLN 2,400 gross a year if you hit 100% efficiency with no absences.
Main duties
- assemble and disassemble wooden parts;
- sort material and assist the machine operator;
- pack, check quality, repair material;
- keep your workstation tidy.
Pay
- PLN 31.87 gross per hour — about PLN 5,286 gross a month;
- +20% nights, +50% and +100% overtime;
- quarterly bonuses: PLN 600, 500, 550 and 750 gross (up to 2,400 a year), lost if you miss days.
Work schedule
- Mon–Fri, weekends optional;
- three shifts: 6–14, 14–22, 22–6.
Candidate requirements
- good hands and eyesight (glasses are fine);
- stamina.
No experience needed.
Employment

Housing
Housing can be arranged: roughly PLN 500 a month, deducted from your pay. The advert says something different about housing, so confirm the exact terms before you travel.
