Warehouse worker — Szczecin

A modern warehouse in Szczecin is looking for reliable employees to join the team. This is a stable position with a Polish employment contract, paid leave, health insurance and the possibility of long-term cooperation.

Employment Conditions

• Umowa o pracę – official employment contract;
• Monthly earnings of up to 7,370 PLN gross, including:
  • basic salary: 5,700 PLN gross;
  • performance bonus: up to 570 PLN gross;
  • commuting allowance: 500 PLN gross;
  • monthly attendance bonus: 600 PLN gross;
• Work from Monday to Saturday;
• Working hours: 06:00–14:00;
• Paid annual leave and sick leave;
• Public health insurance from the first day of employment;
• Salary paid on time directly to a bank account;
• Possibility of long-term employment;
• Assistance with obtaining a Polish residence card.

Main Responsibilities

• Sorting containers and bottles;
• Arranging products and containers on pallets;
• Preparing pallets for loading;
• Loading and unloading goods;
• Performing general warehouse support tasks;
• Keeping the work area clean and organized;
• Following occupational health and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Responsibility and a positive attitude towards work;
• Communicative Polish;
• Valid sanitary certificate/book;
• Readiness for physical warehouse work.

A valid UDT forklift license is an advantage.

Don't have UDT but hold a Category B driving license? This is also a plus. The employer provides training, giving you the opportunity to work with electric pallet trucks.
