UDT Electric Forklift Driver, Tobacco Warehouse, Kraków: PLN 33 Gross + 10–15% Bonus

PLN 33 gross plus a monthly bonus of 10–15% — that is the rate at a tobacco warehouse in Kraków. No order picking: you only move and load pallets, and orders arrive in Polish on a tablet mounted on the forklift or on a computer.

You drive a stand-on electric counterbalance truck, the warehouse is single-level, up to 2 m high, speed capped at 8 km/h. You do need Polish, though: you have to read orders and use a PC.

Main duties

• warehouse and product section: move and load pallets per order;
• read orders on a tablet or computer;
• loading section: unload and load trucks (experience needed there, basic Polish).

Pay

• PLN 33 gross per hour;
• monthly bonus of 10–15%;
• overtime available.

Work schedule

• three shifts: 6:00–14:00, 14:00–22:00, 22:00–6:00;
• floating days off;
• 168–200 hours a month.

Candidate requirements

• Polish UDT certificate;
• conversational Polish and the ability to read Polish;
• basic PC skills.

Employment

Umowa zlecenie, signed in Kraków. Workwear and footwear are free. Medical check PLN 250, psychological tests PLN 80. Kitchen and changing rooms on site.

Housing

Housing can be arranged: roughly PLN 500 a month, deducted from your pay. The advert says something different about housing, so confirm the exact terms before you travel.
