Television Production Worker — Gorzów Wielkopolski

HSK Work is recruiting men, women and couples for stable employment at a television manufacturing facility in Gorzów Wielkopolski. No previous experience is required, and employees receive training before starting work.

Salary

• 31.40 PLN/hour net — students under 26;
• 25.40 PLN/hour net — other candidates;
• +2 PLN/hour for employees living in their own accommodation;
• after the first fully completed month, the rate may be increased by up to +2 PLN/hour, depending on work performance;
• additional bonuses may be available.

Work Schedule

• shift-based work;
• shifts: 06:00–18:00 / 18:00–06:00;
• 5 working days followed by 2 days off;
• Saturday work is optional;
• night shifts depend on current production requirements.

Responsibilities

• assembling televisions on the production line;
• packing finished products;
• carrying out production tasks according to instructions;
• checking products for quality and identifying possible defects;
• following workplace and production procedures.

Requirements

• no previous experience required;
• responsibility and attention to detail;
• willingness to work shifts;
• ability to work as part of a team.
