Job description:
A plant in Skawina near Kraków makes car radiators. The role is junior production operator, and it is not assembly-line work: you monitor machine settings, check quality and fill in simple paperwork.
The key point is an umowa o pracę — a proper employment contract with all allowances.
Main duties
- monitor machine parameters;
- check part quality;
- keep simple records;
- standing work, loads up to 10 kg.
Pay
- PLN 5,100 gross a month, about PLN 4,600–4,700 take-home;
- +PLN 310 gross for the 4-crew system;
- plant bonus up to PLN 430, +20% for nights;
- +PLN 35 gross for laundry.
Paid by the 10th; PLN 400 net advance after 10 days.
Work schedule
- 4 nights (22–6), 1–2 days off, 4 shifts 14–22, 1–2 days off, 4 shifts 6–14;
- 168–200 hours a month;
- 20-minute break, 20–23°C in the hall.
Candidate requirements
- men and women up to 50–55;
- Polish is required.
Employment
Umowa o pracę. Free work clothes and free employer transport. Canteen, lunch PLN 5–7.
Housing
Housing is provided, rooms for 4–5 people. The advert says "PLN 100" — confirm the exact amount before you travel.
