Job description:

A company in Bielsko-Biała is hiring production workers for a light and straightforward manufacturing job. No previous experience is required — all tasks are explained and training is provided before starting work.

What the job involves

The work consists mainly of simple manual operations performed with the help of production equipment:

assembling and removing small components;
operating basic machine controls;
taking finished parts from the equipment;
installing connecting elements;
checking products for quality;
applying labels and working with product codes;
packing finished components;
keeping the workstation organized.

Tasks for men

Men mainly work with plastic components, forming tubes from prepared materials using special thermoforming equipment and installing connecting elements onto the finished tubes.

Tasks for women

Women are mainly responsible for assembling and installing connecting components, checking finished parts and preparing products for packing.

The work is not physically demanding and takes place in a comfortable production facility without strong odors or excessive noise. A video showing the actual work processes is available.

Employment conditions

employment under an official Umowa o pracę contract;
31.50 PLN gross/hour;
performance bonus — 120 PLN gross/month;
attendance bonus — 80 PLN gross/month;
night shift allowance — +20%;
weekend work paid at +100%;
travel allowance — 3 PLN/km;
laundry allowance — 42 PLN;
additional housing compensation of 470 PLN/month for the first 180 days.

Working schedule

four-team shift system;
12-hour shifts;
day shift: 06:00–18:00;
night shift: 18:00–06:00;
schedule arranged as 2 days on / 2 days off or 3 days on / 3 days off;
additional hours may be available;
weekend overtime is paid with a 100% premium.

Requirements

men and women up to 60 years old;
previous experience is not necessary;
basic Polish is welcome, but candidates without Polish can also be accepted;
willingness to work shifts.

Accommodation

Accommodation is free for the first 2 months.

After this period, the cost is 800 PLN/month, deducted from the salary. Accommodation is provided in hostels with 2–4 people per room.
