Parcel Sorting near Kraków: PLN 31.40 Gross, Nights Possible, Housing

A postal logistics hub in Cholerzyn, just outside Kraków, handles thousands of parcels a day — clothes, shoes, cosmetics, documents. It is hiring sorters with no experience and no Polish required.

If you prefer nights only, that can be arranged. Your rate also goes up every few months you stay.

Main duties

• sort parcels and scan barcodes;
• place parcels on the belt and route them by destination;
• handle packages of up to 20 kg.

Pay

• PLN 31.40 gross per hour, students under 26 PLN 31.40;
• bonus up to PLN 450 net a month for no absences;
• +PLN 0.5/h after 2 months, +PLN 1 after 4, +PLN 1.5 after 6;
• +PLN 1/h if you live in your own place.

Pay arrives by the 20th.

Work schedule

• Mon–Sat, 5–6 days a week;
• day shifts about 14:00/15:00–19:30/20:00 or nights 00:00/02:00–08:00/08:30;
• 180–200 hours a month; nights only is possible.

Candidate requirements

• men, women and couples aged 18–55.

No experience or Polish needed.

Employment

Umowa zlecenie, help with the residence card application.

Housing

Housing is provided, with transport from pick-up points (Kraków-Balice airport area, Podbory Skawińskie). Hot lunches from 1 November to 1 April. The driver of the staff van gets PLN 1,000 a month extra.
