Job description:
A manufacturing company near Kielce is looking for MIG/MAG welders to produce metal frames used in precast concrete manufacturing. The position is suitable for candidates with basic experience in welding method 135.
No welding certificate is required, and there is no practical test before employment. Knowledge of technical drawings is also not necessary.
Job duties
- tack welding metal elements;
- welding frames for precast concrete structures;
- preparing components for further production;
- operating welding equipment;
- following workplace safety rules.
The job is mainly focused on practical welding work and does not require reading technical drawings.
Salary
- 29.50 PLN net/hour — standard rate;
- 34 PLN net/hour — students under 26;
- salary paid to a bank card by the 10th of each month;
- possibility of receiving an advance;
- approximately 240–260 hours per month.
Working hours
Work is organized in two shifts:
- 06:00–18:00;
- 10:00–22:00.
Work is Monday to Friday, with shifts lasting around 10–12 hours.
Saturday work is optional, usually around 8 hours.
Employees receive a 20-minute break every 4 hours. There are no production quotas.
Employment and accommodation
Employment starts with an Umowa zlecenie, with the possibility of moving to an Umowa o pracę later.
Accommodation costs 700 PLN/month and is paid upon moving in. After the first week of work, an advance may be available.
Accommodation is provided in a house or hostel, with 2–3 people per room.

Requirements
- basic experience with MIG/MAG welding, method 135;
- willingness to work in two shifts;
- communicative Polish at approximately A2 level.
A welding certificate is not required. No knowledge of technical drawings is necessary.
Before starting work, candidates have an interview with a recruiter in Polish.
