High-Reach Forklift Operator, Rzeszów: PLN 30 Net, Students PLN 35

PLN 30 net an hour, PLN 35 for students — that is the pay for high-reach forklift operators at a warehouse in Rzeszów. Racks go up to 8 metres, and almost the whole shift (about 95%) is spent on the truck.

Both men and women up to 50 are welcome, but only with high-bay warehouse experience.

Main duties

• put pallets away in racks up to 8 m high;
• move pallets between warehouse departments;
• occasionally help with other warehouse tasks.

Pay

• PLN 30 net per hour;
• students: PLN 35 net;
• +PLN 300 a month if you live in your own place (not paid to students);
• subsidised drinks at work.

Work schedule

• 10-hour shifts Mon–Sat: 6:00–16:00 or 16:00–2:00;
• or 8-hour shifts: 6:00–14:00 or 14:00–22:00;
• 30-minute break.

Candidate requirements

• men and women up to 50;
• UDT certificate;
• high-bay warehouse experience;
• conversational Polish.

Employment

Paperwork is done in Rzeszów. Workwear and shoes are free. The medical check costs PLN 300 (PLN 100 with the psychological tests option) and is deducted from your pay.

Housing

Hostel or house, rooms for 2–3 people, bring your own bedding. PLN 500 a month, PLN 750 for students. 15–40 minutes to work, transport is organised.
