Pay here is not hourly but a monthly salary that depends on your experience: PLN 4,806 to 5,400 gross. A car plant in Chrzanów, 35 km from Kraków, is hiring men up to 50 on an umowa o pracę.
The job is to make sure the assembly line never runs out of parts. It is +20…23°C inside all year.
Main duties
- prepare and deliver components to the assembly line;
- keep delivery control documents;
- monitor stock levels;
- prepare shipments.
Pay
- 1–2 years’ experience: PLN 4,806 gross a month;
- 2–4 years: PLN 5,000;
- 4–6 years: PLN 5,200;
- over 6 years: PLN 5,400.
Paid on the 10th; PLN 400 advance after 10 days of work.
Work schedule
- four-shift system, four crews;
- 1–2 days off after each block;
- 168–190 hours a month;
- 15-minute break.
Candidate requirements
- men up to 50;
- UDT WJO II;
- at least one year of warehouse experience;
- basic Polish.
