Forklift Driver UDT at an Appliance Plant in Radomsko: PLN 25.49 Net, Free Housing

Housing is free — you only pay utilities, PLN 250 net a month. That is probably the key thing to know about this dishwasher and washing machine plant in Radomsko (90 km from Łódź).

The job combines forklift work with KANBAN: you collect components according to the delivery note and bring them to the line. Men up to 50 are hired after an interview.

Main duties

• collecting components according to the delivery note;
• delivering components to the production line using KANBAN;
• working with a forklift and “piesek” and “żabka” pallet trucks.

A forklift driver may be moved to KANBAN when needed.

Pay

• PLN 25.49 net per hour;
• from 180 hours a month.

Work schedule

• 5 days a week, 8 hours;
• three shifts rotating weekly: 22–6, 6–14, 14–22;
• up to 4 extra hours per shift;
• 20-minute lunch + two 5-minute breaks.

Candidate requirements

• men up to 50;
• at least 6 months of experience;
• UDT WJO2 licence;
• Polish at A2 level — delivery notes are in Polish.

Housing

Housing is free, utilities cost PLN 250 net a month. If you live in your own place, you get PLN 300 net on a card for grocery shops.

Transport

A works bus runs to the plant, PLN 200 a month paid by the worker.
