Job description:
A construction company in Lublin needs an electrician’s helper. Nobody here works on live circuits alone: the foreman shows you what to do, and you prepare materials, pull cable and help with installation.
No experience or Polish is required. It is a decent start for anyone who has wanted to try electrical work and get practice on real sites.
Main duties
- prepare tools and materials before the shift;
- pull cable under the foreman’s supervision;
- drill holes and prepare installation points;
- assist the electrician during installation;
- clean up the work area afterwards.
Pay
- PLN 27.30 net per hour;
- roughly PLN 4,900–6,400 net a month, depending on hours.
Work schedule
- five days on, two days off;
- shifts of 8–12 hours.
Candidate requirements
- willingness to learn the trade;
- care and discipline on site.
No experience or Polish needed.
