Job description:

A modern fulfillment center in Zielona Góra is recruiting warehouse employees to support order processing for clothing, footwear and fashion accessories. The facility operates using advanced logistics systems and provides full onboarding for new staff.

Salary

31.40 PLN gross/hour
25.36 PLN net/hour for eligible employees with PESEL
22.69 PLN net/hour after exceeding the annual tax threshold
25.12 PLN net/hour for non-tax residents
31.40 PLN net/hour for students under 26

Employees with private accommodation receive an additional 1 PLN net/hour.

Working Schedule

168–200 working hours per month
Two shifts:
- 06:00–14:00
- 14:00–22:00
6 working days / 1 day off
20-minute break
Overtime may be required during peak periods
An additional night shift may be introduced seasonally
