Car Parts Packer, Wrocław: PLN 30.50 Gross, Bonuses up to PLN 800, No Experience

Car parts in Wrocław: packing, quality checks and machine maintenance. No experience needed — you will be trained on site. There are also places for forklift operators starting in January, so book your spot early.

On top of the rate come bonuses of up to PLN 800 gross, another PLN 30 for coffee and sweets and PLN 130 on a SmartLunch card. Before you take the job you can visit the plant.

Main duties

• pack car parts;
• check quality;
• make and process car components;
• operate and look after machines;
• work in a team.

Pay

• PLN 30.50 gross per hour;
• bonuses up to PLN 800 gross;
• +PLN 30 gross for coffee and sweets;
• +PLN 130 gross on a SmartLunch card.

With plenty of hours this comes to PLN 6,000–7,000 a month.

Work schedule

• 8-hour days in winter;
• then two 12-hour shifts on a four-crew system: working and rest days alternate, and the schedule is given several months ahead;
• overtime and nights are possible.

Candidate requirements

• men;
• no experience needed;
• a willingness to work.

Employment

Employment under an umowa zlecenie.

• a tour of the plant before you start;
• a chance to move to an umowa o pracę after six months;
• help with residence cards and invitations for family;
• every worker has a coordinator.

Housing

Housing can be arranged: roughly PLN 500 a month, deducted from your pay. The advert says the employer does not provide housing, so check this before you travel.

Transport
