Job description:
Rubber hoses for car cooling systems are made in Bielsko-Biała (Rudawka). Here you work on an umowa o pracę — an employment contract with night, overtime and holiday supplements.
The rota suits people who like long breaks: 3–4 days of 12-hour work, then 2 days at home.
Main duties
- men: form tubes from blanks in moulds, fit connectors;
- women: assembly, fitting and packing, standing work.
Pay
- PLN 31.40 gross per hour;
- bonus PLN 120 gross: 60 for targets + 60 for no remarks;
- PLN 50 for working a Saturday or Sunday;
- +20% nights, +50% overtime, +100% weekends and holidays.
Paid by the 10th.
Work schedule
- 3–4 days on / 2 days off, 12 hours, two shifts;
- 168–184 hours a month;
- 15-minute break every 4 hours.
Candidate requirements
- men, women and couples aged 18–55.
No experience or Polish needed. Training: 3 days of 8 hours.
Employment
Umowa o pracę. Work clothes, boots and a locker are free. Canteen with tea, coffee and vending machines.
Housing
Free housing; PLN 150 gross allowance if you live in your own. The plant is 10–12 km away by city transport — a ticket costs about PLN 160 a month, PLN 30 is refunded.
