Job description:
A plant in Nowa Sól stamps and welds car body parts for car makers. There are no quotas, but stamping is fast-paced: parts fly into the box one after another.
In spot welding robots do the welding — you just load parts and take them out. Training lasts 3 days.
Main duties
- run CNC machines;
- hot and cold stamping: put parts into boxes;
- spot welding and robots: load and unload parts;
- check quality, pack, help in the warehouse.
Pay
- PLN 31.40 gross per hour;
- students under 26: PLN 31.40;
- +PLN 150 net if you live in your own place.
Paid by the 10th.
Work schedule
- 5–6 days, 8–12 hours, three shifts: 6–14, 14–22, 22–6;
- 200–240 hours a month, floating day off;
- 25-minute break (+10 on 12-hour shifts).
Candidate requirements
- ready for a fast pace.
No experience or Polish needed.
Employment
Umowa zlecenie. Free clothes and boots. Canteen with tea, coffee and vending machines (up to PLN 12); bring your own lunch.
Housing
Housing PLN 500 a month. The plant is up to 4 km away — walk or get there yourself.
