Builder for Concrete and Reinforced Concrete Work, Gdańsk: PLN 35–40 Net, Housing and Transport

A Polish construction company with more than ten years on the market is looking for builders in Gdańsk for concrete and reinforced concrete work. They hire directly, with no middlemen; crews get higher rates.

The document package — work permit, medical and health and safety training — is paid by the company. Housing and transport are on them too.

Main duties

• carry out concrete work on site;
• reinforce and pour reinforced concrete structures;
• work in a crew following the site manager’s tasks.

Pay

• PLN 35–40 net per hour for experienced workers;
• an extra PLN 4 per hour if you live in your own accommodation;
• a monthly bonus based on output;
• weekly advances.

Candidate requirements

• at least 2 years of experience;
• independence on site;
• willingness to learn and improve your skills.

Employment

• legal employment;
• work permit, medical and safety training paid by the company;
• paid breaks or lunch every working day;
• 2 sets of work clothes a year.

Housing

Accommodation is paid by the company.

Transport

Transport from the hostel to the site is paid by the company.
