Jobs in the Greater Poland Voivodeship
Outside Poznań, Greater Poland is a region of small industrial towns with clear specialisms: plastic bags in Środa Wielkopolska, flooring underlay in Szamotuły, aluminium profiles for cars in Trzcianka, plastic pipes in Piła and an auto-parts warehouse in Środa. Most openings are production jobs with no experience required.
Rates are moderate — 25–31.50 zł net per hour — but hours are long: in Piła, 200–260 a month. Trzcianka offers an employment contract at 5,000 zł gross plus bonuses. Solar panel fitters based in Poznań earn 8,000–15,000 zł a month on piece rates, and there’s an interior finisher job in Kępno.
Housing is provided almost everywhere, though some jobs charge up to 750 zł for it — ask before you go. Useful pages: Greater Poland with accommodation, no experience required and of course jobs in Poznań, which has the most openings.
Jobs in Poland with accommodation: what “housing provided” really means
A job ad that says “with accommodation” is almost never offering a free flat. In most cases you get a bed in a workers’ hostel or a shared apartment arranged by the employer or agency, and the rent is taken out of your pay. Across the jobs listed on Jobework, housing usually costs 350–550 zł a month. We put the price in each listing so you can work out your take-home pay before you travel.
The real benefit is speed. You don’t have to hunt for a room in a city you don’t know, sign a lease or pay a deposit: you arrive, move in and start your first shift the next day.
