Job description:
A wooden flooring factory in a pretty little town on the shore of three lakes, at the edge of a forest. They take both women and men, and married couples get shared housing.

Main duties
- work on wood-processing machines of different sizes: load the blank, take out and stack boards on pallets, watch the accuracy of the cut;
- sort boards on a conveyor: take material from one belt and lay it in the right order on another (up to 4 hours of non-stop work);
- clear sawdust and waste from under the lines and take sawdust, offcuts and bark out to containers;
- move material to a new pallet and collect wooden battens that have spilled;
- women: work with small, light boards or in the shop that removes knots from timber, move four-metre boards two at a time, unpack material from the drying kiln, stack raw oak boards with spacers, pack and trim long boards with an electric saw;
- men: work with heavier boards, and in the warehouse stack and pack boards in large crates.

- average pay is PLN 4,000 to 6,100 net a month;
- PLN 25.36 net per hour — the standard rate;
