A plant in Podłęże, 26 km from Kraków, makes windows, roller shutters, patio doors and blinds. Employment contract, bonuses for results and attendance, and buses to the plant from several areas.
Main duties
- work on window and shutter production lines;
- assembling and completing products;
- quality control of finished goods;
- packing and preparing for dispatch.
Pay
- PLN 4,806 gross a month;
- performance bonus PLN 350 gross;
- attendance bonus PLN 400 gross;
- PLN 150 gross for working Saturday and Sunday on 12-hour shifts;
- night hours +20%, overtime +50%;
- PLN 150 net allowance if you live in your own place.
Work schedule
- 8 or 12 hours per shift depending on the department.
Candidate requirements
- no experience needed;
- training on site;
- readiness for shift work.
Employment
Employment under an umowa o pracę (employment contract) with paid leave and sick pay.
- medical check-up;
- health and safety training (BHP).
Housing
Accommodation is provided. It costs PLN 450 a month, in shared rooms.
Transport
Buses run to the plant from Niepołomice, Nowa Huta, Płaszów and Kraków itself; you get a timetable.
