Job description:
A large-diameter steel pipe plant in Katowice is looking for a 111 (SMAW, stick) welder. Both experienced welders and those with less experience but steady hands will do.
Main duties
- stick welding of steel pipes;
- preparing parts and the weld joint;
- gouging, cleaning welds, edge preparation;
- grinding welds and checking quality.
Pay
- PLN 34–38 net per hour.
Salary is paid monthly to your bank account.
Work schedule
- full working week;
- extra hours possible.
Candidate requirements
- men;
- 111 welding skills;
- drawing reading is a plus.
Employment
Employment under an umowa zlecenie.
- medical check-up;
- health and safety training (BHP);
- welder’s protective gear.
Housing
Accommodation is provided. It costs PLN 450 a month, in shared rooms.
