Job description:
A construction company from Poznań builds industrial and warehouse buildings and is hiring installers for crews working across Poland. A direct Polish employer, no middlemen. The rate depends on experience.
Main duties
- erecting steel structures;
- installing sandwich panels on walls and roofs;
- working at height with lifts;
- preparing tools and materials on site.
Pay
- PLN 30–34 per hour depending on experience.
Salary is paid monthly to your bank account.
Work schedule
- full working week;
- working away on sites across Poland.
Candidate requirements
- citizens of Ukraine, Belarus and other countries already legally in Poland;
- installation experience is an advantage;
- readiness to work at height and travel.
Employment
Legal employment directly with a Polish employer.
- help with residence extension paperwork;
- medical check-up;
- health and safety training (BHP);
- workwear and fall protection.
Housing
Housing is provided by the employer: PLN 500 a month, deducted from your pay.
