Job description:
A sewing company in Orneta, a bit beyond Olsztyn, is hiring around 25 seamstresses to make backpacks. After a two-week adaptation the rate goes up, and good seamstresses are offered longer days.
Main duties
- sewing backpacks operation by operation on industrial machines;
- working from a sample and process sheet;
- quality control of finished items;
- preparing items for packing.
Pay
- PLN 27 net per hour for the first two weeks;
- PLN 28 net per hour after adaptation.
Salary is paid monthly to your bank account.
Work schedule
- two shifts: 6:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00;
- 160–200 hours a month;
- good seamstresses are offered 10-hour days.
Candidate requirements
- women;
- basic sewing skills;
- able to use an industrial sewing machine.

Housing
PLN 500 a month for employer-provided housing, paid from your salary.
