Job description:
A production line in Żarów, paperwork in Wałbrzych. Four-brigade system with a bonus for every weekend shift. Men, women and couples up to 50, families with children welcome.
Main duties
- work on the production line;
- running equipment and feeding materials;
- checking product quality;
- packing finished goods.
Pay
- on average PLN 4,242 gross a month;
- overtime +50%, weekends +100%, nights +20%;
- brigade system bonuses: PLN 50 gross per Saturday, PLN 75 per Sunday;
- PLN 300 for attendance.
Salary is paid monthly to your bank account.
Work schedule
- four-brigade system;
- shifts 6–14, 14–22, 22–6.
Candidate requirements
- men, women and couples up to 50;
- experience not required;
- readiness to work weekends according to the brigade schedule.
Employment
Employment under an umowa o pracę (employment contract) with paid leave and sick pay.

- medical check-up;
- health and safety training (BHP);
- a child’s accommodation costs PLN 300 a month;
- bring your own bed linen.
Housing
Housing is provided by the employer: PLN 450 a month, deducted from your pay.
