Job description:
A paint shop in Lublin is looking for men and women up to 55. Employment contract with a base of PLN 5,350 gross and two bonuses, while nights and overtime are paid according to the Labour Code.
Main duties
- preparing parts for painting: degreasing, masking;
- hanging parts on the paint line;
- checking coating quality;
- removing and packing painted products.
Pay
- base pay PLN 5,350 gross a month;
- on average PLN 5,450 gross;
- attendance bonus PLN 200 gross;
- discretionary bonus up to PLN 600 gross;
- night and overtime allowances per the Labour Code.
Work schedule
- full working week;
- shift schedule.
Candidate requirements
- men and women up to 55;
- experience not required;
- no allergy to paints and coatings.
Employment
Employment under an umowa o pracę (employment contract) with paid leave and sick pay.
- medical check-up;
- health and safety training (BHP);
- respiratory protection.
Housing
Accommodation is provided. It costs PLN 500 a month, in shared rooms.
