Order Picker in Cold Rooms — Stawiguda, 5 km from Olsztyn

A supermarket-chain warehouse five kilometres from Olsztyn is looking for order pickers. Voice system, pallets up to 180 cm and several temperature zones, from a −18 °C freezer to an ambient section. The freezer rate is higher.

Main duties

• picking goods onto pallets by voice command;
• moving pallets with an electric truck;
• stacking: heavy items at the bottom, light on top;
• working in different temperature zones.

Pay

• first two months PLN 31.5 gross per hour;
• after training at full output PLN 34;
• in the freezer rooms PLN 34.6;
• up to PLN 9,000 a month above the norm;
• PLN 400 advance after 10 days.

Pay by the 15th to your bank account.

Work schedule

• shifts 6–14, 7–19, 14–22, 19–7 or 22–6;
• Monday to Friday, sometimes weekends, up to +4 hours possible;
• 180–218 hours a month;
• 30-minute break, 15 of them paid.

Candidate requirements

• age 18–40;
• citizens of Ukraine, Belarus or Moldova;
• ready for physical work and a long-term job.

Employment

Employment under an umowa zlecenie.

• medical check-up;
• health and safety training (BHP);
• warm clothing for the freezer rooms.

Housing

Housing is provided by the employer: PLN 550 a month, deducted from your pay.
