Online Shop Warehouse Worker, Nowa Niedrzwica: PLN 25.36–31.40, Bonus up to PLN 1,000, Housing

A warehouse for a big online shop in Nowa Niedrzwica. They take people aged 18 to 50 who are ready for physically active work: receiving, sorting, picking orders with a scanner and packing.

This vacancy has an unusually large bonus for a warehouse: up to PLN 1,000 a month for productivity, and from October to December a further +PLN 2 for every hour actually worked. The conditions for it are listed below, and they are strict.

Main duties

• receive, sort and place goods in the warehouse;
• pick and assemble orders with a scanner, and on some processes with an electric pallet truck;
• check the condition of goods and the accuracy of order picking;
• pack and repack goods and prepare orders for dispatch;
• move goods between warehouse zones.

Pay

• under 26 with student status — PLN 31.40 per hour;
• over 26 — PLN 25.36 per hour;
• a productivity bonus of up to PLN 1,000 a month depending on results.

From October to December there is an extra bonus of +PLN 2.00 for every hour actually worked. The conditions for the month in question: 100% attendance on schedule, no NN (unexcused absence), no L4 during the month; if a person leaves during the month, no bonus is paid for that month.

Pay is made from the 20th to the 25th of each month for the previous month worked.

Work schedule

• shifts of 8, 10 or 12 hours;
• currently the work is organised in two 12-hour shifts: 06:00–18:00 and 18:00–06:00;
• employment is 5–6 days a week.

Candidate requirements

• aged 18 to 50;
• ready for physically active work;
• a minimum period of employment of 3 months.

Employment

• the pre-employment medical costs PLN 200 and is deducted from your first pay;
• work clothes and shoes are free — if you work 3 months.

Housing

Housing is provided by the employer: PLN 650 to 950 a month, deducted from your pay.

Travel to the workplace is organised by the employer.
