Job description:
A production shop in Płock that builds modular containers. They need three different people: a fitter, a MIG-MAG welder and a machine operator. Two of the roles need no experience; training is on site.
Main duties
- fitter: assembling and fitting metal container parts;
- MIG-MAG welder: welding frames and assemblies;
- operator: running the machine in the shop;
- following the process and safety rules.
Pay
- fitter PLN 28.5 per hour;
- MIG-MAG welder PLN 34 net per hour;
- machine operator PLN 28.5 per hour to start;
- bonuses and pay rises possible based on quality and results.
Work schedule
- full working week;
- day shifts.
Candidate requirements
- men;
- fitter: no experience needed, training on site;
- welder: hands-on MIG-MAG skills, certificate not required;
- operator: no experience needed, but you must be able to use the machine.
Employment
Employment under an umowa zlecenie.

- health and safety training (BHP);
- workwear and protective gear.
Housing
Accommodation is provided. It costs PLN 500 a month, in shared rooms.
